What Wyoming has to Offer
Are you thinking of moving to Wyoming? Our state has a lot to offer! Wyoming is known for it's natural beauty and wildlife but there are many other benefits too. Wyoming also had the first female Justice of the Peace, the first female in a state office and the first female Governer to take office! Wyoming became the 44th state in 1890, adopting the Indian Paintbrush as its state flower. The Wyoming capital is Cheyenne.

The Snowy Range Mountains (mid left) offer winter snowmobiling, skiing and summer fishing and camping. Devil's Tower and Yellowstone are very popular places to visit because of their unique, rugged beauty. Jackson Hole offers breathtaking mountains, world-class skiing and many wildlife attractions. There are hundreds of other scenic places in Wyoming that offer all types of outdoor recreation. Wyoming Business: Wyoming is open for business! Wyoming does not import a corporate or personal income tax. Add that to a low cost of living and it means you take a lot more of your salary home. This makes it easier for your family to afford quality housing and still be able to enjoy Wyoming's great variety of recreation. In addition to no state income tax, Wyoming does not asses tax on retirement income you earned and receive from another state.
